Return and Refund Policy


Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as you received it — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original product following the above process, then place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide a reason.
Return conditions remain the same: item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and receipt.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
